- NPDES Tracking Number (if applicable)
- Current Phase of Construction (e.g., grading, framing, etc.)
- Inspector Name and Contact Info

Weather & Storm Events

- If yes:
- Record storm start date/time
- Duration (hours)
- Estimated rainfall (inches)
- If yes:
- What’s the weather at the time of inspection?
- (e.g., clear, rainy, cloudy, windy, snowy)

- Are there discharges currently happening?
Site-Specific Best Management Practices (BMPs)
Review and document all BMPs, both structural (e.g., silt fences, check dams) and non-structural (e.g., trash areas, material storage).
For each BMP:
- Is it installed properly?
- Does it need maintenance?
- Any corrective action needed? Note who is responsible and the due date.
(We recommend numbering BMPs on your site map for easier tracking.)
